The factory generates the package in minutes; delivery, after human review, is usually the same day. It is not a guaranteed deadline.
What is checked before delivery
- Colour: the render is compared with the product’s reference colour (ΔE).
- Dimensions: the 3D model is checked against the product sheet.
- Assembly: floating parts, intersections and empty frames, frame by frame.
- Human review: a team member approves every package. If something fails, the package does not ship.

Who we are
Caravel Suite is a Portuguese software company for online stores: we build apps for Shopify and WordPress, at caravelsuite.com.
Caravel 3D was born to solve a problem furniture stores have: ordering assembly videos and CGI images is expensive and slow. So we built our own 3D factory, which reads the manual, assembles the model part by part and produces the video, images and 360° spin, with a person reviewing at the end.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns the rights?
You keep everything: you can use the delivered files in your store, on marketplaces and in advertising. You only need the right to use the manual and photos you send us.
What about the privacy of my files?
Each store’s files are kept isolated, in a folder of its own; we strip metadata (EXIF/GPS) from photos. We never show them as examples without permission. You can delete an order or your account in the dashboard, or ask for deletion by email.
Which formats do you accept and deliver?
We take the manual as PDF (up to 50 MB) and photos as JPEG, PNG or WebP (up to 15 MB each). We deliver PNG images, 360° spins as MP4 and WebP with a viewer, Full HD MP4 videos and, with AR, GLB and USDZ, all in one ZIP.
What if I need a correction?
Every product includes 1 round of corrections. The delivered version stays available until the new one is approved.
What if I have no manual?
Choose Catalogue 3D: photos and dimensions are enough. You get the 3D model, images and 360° spin. The assembly video needs the manual.
How does the free sample work?
There is 1 sample per company, requested with an email on the company’s domain (Gmail, Outlook and similar do not qualify). No card needed.
How does billing work?
You pay per product in Caravel Checkout, which issues the invoice. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is calculated at payment. Payments and invoices are listed in your dashboard.
