Who we are
Caravel Suite is the software brand of Jardim Idílico Unipessoal Lda, a small company in Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal. We build apps for online stores, at caravelsuite.com.
Caravel 3D was born to solve a problem for furniture stores: ordering 3D models and 360° videos is expensive and slow. So we built our own 3D factory, which builds the furniture model from the photos and dimensions and produces the 360°, with a person reviewing at the end.
Frequently asked questions
What files do I need to send to create the PDF catalogue?
You just need a product list in CSV or Excel (with the fields you want to show, such as name, SKU, dimensions and category) and a folder with the matching photos or 3D images, plus your brand logo.
Can I include 3D images or links to the 360° viewer?
Yes. When you already have 3D images or interactive viewers (for instance, created with Caravel 3D), we include those visuals on the catalogue pages and can add clickable links or QR codes to open the product in 3D.
How are AI tools used in this service?
We use our own tools and AI to help structure spreadsheet data, standardise images and speed up pagination. Then a person on our team reviews the entire catalogue before delivery.
How do I request a quote?
Click “Request a quote” to use the Caravel Suite contact page or email caravel@caravelsuite.com. The form below only sends an account sign-in link; it does not submit a quote request.
What about the privacy of my files?
To request deletion of files sent through the contact page or by email, write to caravel@caravelsuite.com. Deleting an order or your account in the dashboard does not delete attachments sent through those channels.
Who owns the rights?
You keep everything: you can use the delivered files in your store, on marketplaces and in advertising. You only need the right to use the manual and photos you send us.
