Who we are
Caravel Suite is the software brand of Jardim Idílico Unipessoal Lda, a small company in Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal. We build apps for online stores, at caravelsuite.com.
Caravel 3D was born to solve a problem for furniture stores: ordering 3D models and 360° videos is expensive and slow. So we built our own 3D factory, which builds the furniture model from the photos and dimensions and produces the 360°, with a person reviewing at the end.
Frequently asked questions
Can you deliver images with a white (#FFFFFF) or transparent background?
Yes. You can request pure white #FFFFFF (RGB 255, 255, 255) or transparent PNG/WebP. Tell us the platform, category and image requirements so we can confirm the formats in your quote. A white background alone does not guarantee marketplace approval.
Is the work automated or done by people?
We use our own tools and AI models to speed up background removal, alignment and resizing, and a person on our team reviews the result before delivery.
Do you retouch fashion, skin or organic products?
No. We do not do skin retouching or fashion photography, and we do not promise editing for complex organic shapes. We focus on furniture, rigid objects, equipment and packaging.
How do I request a quote?

What about the privacy of my files?

Who owns the rights?
You keep everything: you can use the delivered files in your store, on marketplaces and in advertising. You only need the right to use the manual and photos you send us.
