Privacy at Caravel 3D

1. Controller

2. What data we process

The account email and, if you provide them, the store's name and website; the password, stored only in encrypted form (hash), never as text; the files you send (photos, manuals, sheets), the dimensions and the link to the product page; the history of orders and credits; the email you leave for notifications. The IP address is used only to limit abusive requests, stored in encrypted form and deleted after 24 hours.

3. What for

To produce, review and deliver orders, manage the account, credits and subscription, and send the emails you ask for (sign-in, confirmation, delivery and notifications). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Your files

Each company's files are kept in a folder of its own. We remove metadata (EXIF/GPS) from photos. We do not show the material or the results as examples without written permission.

5. How long

Unpaid orders are cancelled and their files deleted after 7 days. Delivered orders are kept until the store deletes them. You can delete an order or the account in the dashboard, or ask for deletion by email. Payment records and invoices are kept in Caravel Checkout for the legal period.

6. Who helps us

Servers at Contabo (hosting), email sending by Hostinger and payments by Stripe, through Caravel Checkout. Each processes the data only for that purpose.

7. Cookies

We only use technical cookies: session, language and form security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, portability or objection to the processing of your data by writing to caravel@caravelsuite.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
